Job purpose

The Business Development Executive is responsible for initiating and developing business
opportunities with new and existing customers. This role involves developing and implementing
strategic plans to expand our company’s presence in the market, building strong relationships with
key stakeholders, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to potential clients.
• Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, and
prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
• Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company’s ambitious growth.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified prospects for targeted solicitation, understand their
business and solutions requirements, and engage in a consultative sale process.
• Actively responsible for P&L and Strategic planning respectively.
• Monitor the progress of claims and customer Satisfaction. Leads to fixing all issues and
increasing the satisfaction level of the customer.
• Comply with FLS corporate Structure, Values, and Integrity.
• Responsible for complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and Company policies.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualification

• Proven experience in business development within the transport or logistics industry.
• Strong knowledge of transportation market trends and industry regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
