FLS Group, a growing powerhouse in global logistics, excels in managing complex supply chains, particularly across Asia, Australia, and North America. The company’s reputation is built on its precision, reliable execution, and hands-on approach, making it a trusted partner across a wide range of industries.

This acquisition strengthens FLS Group’s presence in Italy, a key hub for European trade and engineering. By combining FLS Group’s strong global network with LogiProject’s local expertise, the deal opens up new opportunities, especially in the growing EPC sector.
With support from the FLS Asia network, especially from their China and Vietnam offices in importing EPC projects, the partnership will streamline logistics for renewable energy equipment such as wind turbines and solar panels. This boost in capability also helps FLS Group better serve the burgeoning energy market while solidifying its position in Europe.
"This collaboration perfectly aligns our vision and strengths," said Torbjörn Larisch, CEO of FLS Group. "By combining our vast network in Asia with LogiProject’s strong European presence, we’re creating a powerful partnership that will greatly enhance our ability to serve clients worldwide."

Following the acquisition, LogiProject will expand its presence with the opening of a third office in Milan, ensuring seamless integration of operations and continued high-quality service for existing clients.
William Munzone, CEO of LogiProject, sees the merger as an opportunity to inject fresh thinking into the traditional Italian logistics sector. He believes FLS Group’s innovative approach, backed by a young, passionate team, will challenge old practices and introduce smarter ways of doing things. This shift promises to bring more efficient and customized solutions to a market that’s long been stuck in its ways.
"Teaming up with FLS Group brings new energy to the Italian logistics market," said William. "Their forward-thinking mindset and bold growth plans perfectly match our own goals for expanding in both Italy and Europe."

Overall, this combined effort is not just about expanding reach—it's about marrying two different but complementary strengths to capture lucrative opportunities in industries like renewable energy, all while offering comprehensive logistics services, with a particular focus on supporting offshore and onshore energy projects.
But what’s more important is the shift in identity this move represents for FLS Group. What was once an Asia-centered logistics operation is now branching out, evolving into a truly global logistics powerhouse. It will be interesting to see how this strategic move will reshape the company’s footprint on the world stage and its role in the ever-changing logistics sector.
