A skilled workforce is strategic to our sustainable and balanced growth which is why we are committed to nurturing talent. Guided by our core values, we curated and developed the FLS Leadership Development Program to help junior and mid-level managers accelerate personal development, build capability and become an active bridge between senior management and staff.
Our first program was successfully held from November to December 2022, preparing a team of top talent for our business plan in 2023 and the years to come.
