With the heaviest over-dimensional unit weighing 118 tonnes, it was impossible to transport from yard to SCN Kabil Port via land. To tackle the problem, our experienced specialists rolled on the units from the yard’s private jetty to a barge. The barge was tugged to SCN Kabil Port for a ship-to-ship loading operation onto a FLS chartered multi-purpose vessel.
The loading and long voyage from Batam to Mexico went smoothly as another example of our competence in completing highly complex operations with simple solutions.
