We offer contract logistics solutions to operate your dedicated and customised warehouse.

Long Term Leasing Solutions
Customers can use FLS to operate the logistics facility or lease the customised facility on a long-term basis and operate it independently. We offer solutions for the automotive, FMCG, food/feed and chemical industries in this way.

Our state-of-the-art, multi-customer warehousing facility spans over 33,500 sqm on the Eastern Seaboard. Strategically located in Rayong, in immediate proximity to the Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate and Laem Chabang Port, we offer highly flexible, variable-cost storage solutions designed to scale with your business.
Fully certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards, our facility operates with a commitment to maximum safety, continuous innovation, and environmental sustainability.
Core Warehousing Zones:
- Dangerous Goods (DG) Storage Our secure DG storage spans 4,800 sqm, engineered specifically for the fully compliant handling of DG Classes 3, 4.2, 5.1, 6.1, 8, and 9. Safety is built directly into our infrastructure, featuring 4-hour fire-rated walls between compartments, chemical retention basins, and advanced foam sprinkler systems. Your cargo is continuously protected by 24/7 CCTV, with the added assurance of a rapid few minute emergency fire brigade response time.
2. GMP & Food-Grade Storage To meet soaring local demand, our GMP facility is expanding to an impressive 23,500 sqm. This highly controlled environment guarantees the utmost hygiene and is globally certified by the FDA, HALAL, Kosher, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, GHP, and HACCP Codex. Beyond storage, we provide comprehensive Value-Added Services (VAS), including powder re-packaging and liquid chemical drumming, conducted seamlessly within our certified ISO Class 8 Clean Room.
3. General Cargo (Non-DG) Storage Our General Cargo zone offers 5,200 sqm of versatile space, tailored for efficient day-to-day operations. This zone is strategically maintained to support the high-volume logistics of our growing DG and GMP customer base. We are also driving sustainable operations across this space by utilizing a modern fleet of eco-friendly electric forklifts and reach trucks.
